Pine View Properties is owned and operated by Columbia International University.
Our goal is to provide quality on-campus housing for students, employees, and alumni of Columbia International University and Ben Lippen School. Pine View Properties manages CIU’s residential properties including Pine View Apartments, Hatten Road, and the Chalet.
CIU, including Pine View Properties, is a drug-, alcohol-, and tobacco-free campus. Pets (with the exception of fish) are not permitted.

We urge all residents to follow the CDC, state and local officials for guidance on precautionary measures, including regular handwashing, masking, social distancing and self-quarantine. You may notice additional preventive measures around the property including: hand sanitizing stations, limited office hours, online rental payments, etc.
While the Pine View staff takes every reasonable precaution in preventing the spread of Covid in our buildings, we cannot eliminate all exposure risk due to the closeness of our community. Pine View Properties is not responsible or liable for possible exposure to Covid by residents or guests.
Because of privacy laws, Pine View staff or contracted service providers are not at liberty to disclose any identifying information of Covid positive residents.
